It’s 1:14am on a Thursday as I put the finishing touches on this blog post while waiting for my connecting flight. I’ll be OOO next week but wanted to leave you with some pretty sweet fall fashion content, and by sweet, I mean that everything highlighted in this blog post is under $500, except for some sale favorites that I simply had to include from the Saks 5th Avenue sale.
Tops & Sweaters
Speaking of cropped tops, this AG Jeans x Em Rata black cotton cropped ribbed turtleneck makes for a great evening option, especially when paired with high-waisted jeans or midi skirt. This top also looks fab when layered under a boyfriend blazer.
A classic wardrobe staple is this grey cashmere knit tee. The sleeves are on the longer side which makes the style a bit edgier.
Denim & Trousers
These Vince navy trousers with an elastic waistband have a relaxed fit, yet still very flattering, and the flannel material feels so soft on the skin. I took these in an XS and tailored them so I can causally pair with sneakers.
These Frame black wide leg jeans are also in my shopping cart. I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pair and this high waisted style might just be the one – stay tuned!
If cropped denim is at the top of your to-buy list, I love this dark tapered silhouette style by Toteme – super chic especially when worn with ankle boots.
Skirts & Dresses
Clearly, I love a mini moment! Here are three mini skirt options under $500 that caught my eye. The first is a classic black crepe mini skirt by Acne Studios. This works for daytime with black opaque (or semi-sheer) tights and combat boots. For evening, style with a platform pump. Up next is this cute brown corduroy mini skirt by Staud which can be paired with a denim or oxford blue button down. It also pairs well with a navy or brown sweater for a tonal look. Simkhai’s black herringbone pattern wrap mini skirt (reads more grey to me) with black leather trim detail is another elevated option.
Saks 5th Avenue Sale
Saks 5th Avenue is currently having a sale and there are a bunch of great pieces that I wanted to share with you, like these Loulou Studio knits and these fabulous printed statement Etro trousers. If you are a jumpsuit fan like I am (instant outfit anyone?), check out this denim one, also by Loulou Studio.
