Summer Style

In exactly 27 days I’ll be headed to the beach for the summer but whose counting? I always enjoy freshening up my home with new accents and accessories. I’m mostly drawn to whimsical beach inspired designs that are made from natural materials. I have been stalking the William Sonoma site which has recently collaborated with Aerin Lauder on a covetable collection of home accessories. I want it all but I am going to start with the rattan covered ice bucket. You must check out the collection here.
Being a lover of all things pineapple, these tumblers are a must. They come in three sizes – also perfect for those who want to drink in style and on the down low. I came across the Staub cookware collection on the Goop site. The white collection for summer is clean and classic and makes oven to table entertaining a “breeze”. I currently have these driftwood hurricanes that I use on my outdoor dining table. They’re a chic statement piece and quite functional come sunset. They can be found at Homenature, a boutique in the Flatiron District that carries highly curated, casual, yet luxury pieces. Their other locations are in the Hamptons. Each season I pay a visit and always pick up a few pieces because I’m simply obsessed. Also worth checking out is the Cabana Collection on Moda Operandi. This summer inspired collection has me dreaming of European get aways.
