As you may know, I have always been a goal oriented person, as well as a list lover. It’s a way for me to set intentions, be more mindful and self motivate to become a better version of me. As we head into the New Year, here is my wish list of sorts…
- Start my day earlier
- Set aside one day per week that’s open and the options are endless
- Eliminate gum chewing
- Get weekly manicures
- Make more time for my mother
- Find more one on one time with children
- Avoid checking my phone during my “middle of the night” bathroom runs
- Arrive at my training session on time? (who am I kidding?)
- Take a break from daily weigh-ins on the scale
- Embrace my 40’s and stop wishing I was in my 30’s (PS. I’m in the wee early stages of my 40’s)
- Watch T.V. – I seriously need to invest in a good series, suggestions welcomed!
- Master the cat eye and screw eyeliner residue
- Less regrets
- Less shopping (??)
- More cardio time
- More music
- Continue traveling and exploring the world!
- Leave more time to check in at the airport
