How I wear Denim on the Daily

I wear denim on the daily 99.9% of the time. It’s not as basic as you think as there are so many denim options to choose from. I’ve been really getting a lot of use out of these comfortable and and relaxed Nili Lotan Cropped French Military Jeans. I love the elastic cuff detail (kind of like sweatpants) and the front patch pockets add a nice element. I know these are winners because whenever I wear them, my girls tell me I look “cool”. This Nili Lotan navy cashmere turtleneck sweater is another staple that I throw on with pretty much anything. It’s an oldie but goodie, luxe piece and is easy to wear for day or evening. I always layer my sweaters with tee shirts underneath because, A) it adds a layer of warmth and B) I sweat like a mother under my arms when I wear wool or cashmere. Rag & Bone makes the best white tee shirts. One of my favorite coats this season is by Sui Studio. This long navy duster was a steal at $499.00. I had to share the price because it is such a quality piece and really a fashion forward yet classic good look at a reasonable price point. I paired this causal everyday look of mine with these white Reebok sneakers. They are everything – so comfortable. You’ll almost want to sleep in them. Not sure when Reebok became hot again, but I’m so in. For a bit of color, I added this lady like rust bag by Celine. The clay court color is a nice compliment to this navy story plus adding an elegant accessory to a casual outfit definitely mixes things up a bit in a hi-lo way.
