Spring is around the corner and I’m so here for it! I’ve gotten a head start updating my seasonal wardrobe with some classic transitional pieces from London based “it” brand ME + EM.
Their collection is fashionable, functional (their pieces are perfect for travel) and will no doubt carry me year-round. With the launch of their new spring collection, I had my eye on this navy boatneck midi dress. The fit is super flattering and I live for a pocket moment – yeah! I took a size 2.
I paired this dress with a chic low-heeled Mary Jane pump for daytime – et voila! The versatility of this dress can take you straight into evening, so I channeled my inner “prep” and layered ME + EM‘s blue and white striped cropped blouse underneath (I took a size 0). I completed the look with a navy square toe pump.
Speaking of stripes + cropped silhouettes, this one is a total winner and a capsule wardrobe piece that I will live in forever. For those who prefer to wear the pants in the fam, I also styled this shirt with these navy casual pants (size 2). If you’re going for a slightly sexier look, leave the top few buttons undone like I did. I paired this with a brown leather pump for a bit of pick me up (literally) but a chunky loafer also works beautifully.
On breezier spring days and cool summer evenings, it’s definitely worth considering this navy chunky cotton sweater. This knit fits true to size and is no-brainer wardrobe staple – drape over your shoulders, layer over a button down, or wear solo.
