I take my morning breakfasts seriously. Breakfast is my JAM! Each morning I have a daily serving or two of fruit, hot water with lemon and honey, a protein and some jam on Raisin & Honey GG Crackers.
My #1 favorite flavor is mango, though not easy to find. I am also a fan of apricot preserves and berry jams. What is the difference between jams, spreads and preserves you may ask?
Here is the 411: Preserves are typically chunky, jams have a smoother texture and fruit spreads are made without sugar.
