I love watching documentaries on fashionable lives as it bridges my interests in fashion and people.
The most recent documentaries I have watched and recommend are Valentino: The Last Emperor, Bill Cunningham New York, Mademoiselle C, The September Issue and Scatter My Ashes At Bergdorf’s. There are others that are on my must see list; the Yves Saint Laurent and soon to be released Iris Apfel documentary.
Watching these films gives me a fashion jolt. I enjoy a glimpse into the personal lives and behind the scene moments of this fashionable elite.
Although not a documentary, one of all time favorite movies is Priceless, a French romantic comedy starring Audrey Tatou. I know this is completely unrelated to my documentary post, but the fashion visuals are breath taking. This is an absolute must see.
