There are many components to motivate us for a great work out session.
Getting a good nights sleep, laying out your workout gear the night before, hydrating, making a date with a friend or trainer to ensure follow through…you know them all. Once you actually get your booty out the door, there is the question of what music will inspire to keep you going.
Here is a list of some of my favorite workout songs (in no particular order!) that I always rely on to kick things up a notch. I cover many genres that match my different moods on any given morning – true dat!
For a more sophisticated playlist, I suggest you check out my brother in law, Sammy Dushey’s play lists on Sound Cloud. Search for drlovemusic and as the name suggests, he won’t disappoint! Though he has many addictive playlists, Sammy’s “departure” sessions are specific for workouts and dance.
Please share your favorite songs or playlists with me – always looking for new jams! Happy Workout!
