Active wear or “athleisure” wear as it’s currently called, has taken center stage in ones wardrobe as well as in major department stores.
I am very excited about the many collaborations between designers and active wear companies which give fashionistas like myself more motivation to get dressed for the gym in the morning.

Barneys, Bloomingdales and Saks all have a wonderfully curated selection to choose from.
Even chic boutiques are opening in Manhattan that showcase selective fashion forward gym inspired wear. I am dying to check out the Bandier boutique which fuses fashion, fitness and music. Yet, I met the owner, Jennifer Bandier, a couple of times and she is friendly, fierce and a ball of fire. I can only imagine that her boutique is a supernova!
This could be an inspiration ………….to get me going
I live for my athletic clothes and believe it is motivation to get me moving. Always looking for new spots. Keep it coming!
Bandier is well worth the trip down. I got great pieces and shopping there is a great experience.
