- Talk it out with a friend
- Talk it out with a therapist
- Hell, talk it out with a manicurist (or anyone!)
- Exercise
- Read a book or magazine
- Shop
- Shop some more
- Rose all day
- Watch a movie
- Listen to the sound of the ocean

- Engage in something crafty i.e. scrapbooking (I just did this for my son. Check it out here)
- Listen to music
- Take a vacation!
- If that’s not a possibility, change your environment
- If that’s not a possibility, lock yourself in the bathroom
- Get a massage
- How about a nice warm hug!
- Get organized – tidy your closets, or clean up your calendar
