I am diverting from fashion and beauty today to blog about a spice that was introduced to me in Tulum, Mexico.
Tajin, the most delectable spice my taste buds have ever experienced, consists of chili peppers, lime and salt.I sprinkled and dipped my way through platters of raw veggies with Tajin and a few squeezes of fresh lime. If you like salty and spicy, you seriously have not been to heaven until you have tried this. The chef at the hotel also recommend using it in pasta dishes with olive oil and garlic and in salad dressings.
