Last week, I hosted a Saks Live event where I shared my favorite looks for your summer vacation plans. This was definitely a career highlight and I am still pinching myself when I see my photo on the Saks Fifth Avenue website.
For those who weren’t able to tune in to the live, you can watch the video here (now through July 9th) and I also thought I’d share the links to each of the pieces below.
Whether you plan to vacation on the French Riviera pr plan to enjoy your own hometown, I hope my edit inspires you and sparks some fashion inspiration.
xoxo
Alaia Bead Suede Mule sandals – Nothing says happy like the color yellow. Take the sunshine with you with these chic 3-inch sandals.
Staud Ruched Leather Sandals – The tan leather flat sandal that will work with almost everything in your wardrobe for day or evening.
Si Rossi Strappy Open Toe Sandal – The ultimate summer platform. This neutral is a keeper and does wonders for the legs, ie legs for days.
Cult Gaia Mini Coco Woven Rattan Tote – Love me a rattan tote for a day at the beach or for evening cocktails al fresco! An effortless bag to take along with you on your summer travels.
Gianvito Rossi Suede Sandals – A wardrobe staple. I never travel without these 4-inch babies. Another flattering 4-inch go-to.
Alaia Studded Patent Leather Sandals – These 3.5-inch heels make me happy and I so appreciate the jeweled strap. The spring green tone is absolutely gorgeous.
Rag & Bone Panama Hat – Say hello to your summer hat. A clean, cool style that will add a bit of attitude to your outfit. Not to mention, it will offer protection from the sun and keep any potential greys and bad hair days out of sight.
Johanna Ortiz One Piece Swimsuit – I’m a fan of this statement one-piece swimsuit with a knotted bodice and front cutout. Try pairing this with a pair of black or white beach pants or a pair of blue denim cut-offs.
Juan De Dios One Piece Swimsuit – Why not exude some happiness, warmth, and joy with this orange 80s-inspired side cut-out style?
Bondi Born One Piece Swimsuit – Clearly I have a thing for cutouts. I love this design with a sculpting silhouette and a high-cut leg.
Nili Lotan Trouser Jean – These will be my go-to jeans for summer. A relaxed fit + high waisted = perfection.
Chloe Openwork Knit Linen Pants – Pair this groovy pair of knitted pants over a black one or two-piece for a day soiree. If you prefer to wear these pants as an evening look, wear this with a nude or black pair of boy shorts.
Piazza Sempione Trousers – Have I mentioned I’m a sucker for seersucker? These cropped tapered white/red striped pants are a chic and classic choice for summer in any city or by the shore for that matter.
Khaite Wide Leg Jungle Print Pants – Love this wide-leg silhouette. This can be paired with a white cropped linen blouse. If you prefer more coverage, wear this with a white or denim button-down, knotted at the waist.
Faithfull the Brand Minidress – An easy-breezy linen mini dress with side cutouts that can be worn day or night. I always gravitate towards a square neckline and I simply love this neutral tone.
Staud Faux Leather Trim Pocket Dress – For the lady who lunches or for the lady who doesn’t lunch but simply loves a pretty midi dress. The perfect option for any summer event on your social calendar.
Dolce & Gabbana Embroidered Midi Dress – This dress has me dreaming of summers spent on the Italian Riviera. Love the embroidered detail – so romantic and feminine.
Johanna Ortiz Wrap Dressh– This silk wrap dress has a flattering silhouette. Can we take a moment and appreciate the vibrant tropical print?
Johanna Ortiz Maxi Skirt & Bra Set – A party-perfect moment. It’s all in the details with this strappy waist with a front keyhole cut-out. Try layering this Johanna Ortiz blouse for more coverage.
Etro Printed Midi Skirt – A pareo style made easy in a vibrant orange print. The best part is, this skirt is now on sale!
Missoni Woven Openwork Knee Length Dress – This colorful piece is probably one of my favorite cover-ups for summer that can also moonlight as an evening dress when layered over a black cotton mini tank dress.
Johanna Ortiz Blouse – Your must-have knotted shirt that also comes with a printed bralette. This piece will come in handy more than you know. I also like that it’s cropped in the back which makes for a neater rear view.
Etro Striped Knit Top – I am actually wearing this fun knit tank as we speak. This is a cool piece that looks so much better on, so it really is a must-try. It is currently sold out on the Saks site but you can find it here.
Zimmerman Cropped Linen Boatneck Top – Another wardrobe essential in a white/off-white tone that will pair so well with your summer separates. This is also sold out on the Saks site but can be found here.
Rosie Assoulin Halter Top – A nautical halter top with a whimsical buoy and rope detail that just might keep you afloat if you drink one too many (JK!). Such a fun summer piece that I can’t wait to wear all summer long!
