Spring is around the corner, so I’m sharing 10 spring things I have my eye on. While the majority of pieces I’m sharing are considered wardrobe essentials, they each feel new and fresh for the season ahead. Hope you find pleasure in them as much as I do!
The first item on my list is this Proenza Schouler ivory silk blend crewneck sweater. This was one of those accidental purchases that I’m so thrilled I made. Originally, I was searching for an updated cashmere sweater, but when I received this beauty in the mail, it was love at first sight. The material is wonderful, and the relaxed fit – effortless. I typically don’t invest in many spring sweaters, but I’m holding on to this one because I know I’ll wear the hell out of it.
Next is this TWP blue & white button down blouse with a statement elbow sleeve cuff. A lightweight classic that is equal parts preppy and cool.
Though an ivory silk blouse is a year-round must-have, Frame‘s flattering tie-neck version is so feminine and elegant that I had to include it. One of their new styles for spring, it’s an incredibly versatile piece.
Dehanche recently gifted me this statement leather belt in ivory. It’s the first belt I own in this colorway, so I was so thrilled to style it. As of late, I’ve been pairing the belt with a grey cashmere sweater and blue denim jeans, but when the weather warms up, I plan to pair it with a crisp white tee shirt and relaxed white denim jeans.
For those of you who love an elevated white tee, this Carven cotton jersey tee with faux embellished pearls is next-level. It’s designed for a relaxed fit but still speaks to those fashion-forward sensibilities.
Though more of a late spring/summer accessory, I chose to include these Gianvito Rossi suede trimmed raffia sandals because I have a feeling it will be sold out before we know it. They’re a GREAT option to bring along on your next vacay. I recently packed my pair on a trip to Miami, and they worked so nicely with my dinner outfits. I’m all for an elegant, neutral sandal.
Love me a linen trouser. This sophisticated pleated pair by Michael Kors in a hemp tone can be day-turned-evening chic. I plan to style mine with a white tee, tank, or button-down blouse.
These high-rise wide-leg denim jeans by Rachel Comey are a current favorite and super flattering. I’ve brought them on all my warm weather travels this year; they’re the jean that just keeps on giving. I purchased these last spring (I took a size 0) and am excited to see they’re available again this season!
The Row has been killing it with their handbags. I’m obsessed with 3 of their styles, the first of which is this burgundy woven leather clutch. The shape is totally unique – it reminds me of a fan, or perhaps it’s just the way the model is holding it. This statement accessory is marked as a “need” in my book. The second style is this black leather clutch with a delicate gold bracelet handle – pure elegance. The third bag, a black leather tote is more of a polished option. It has a clutch shape quality and a gold tone handle (it also comes with an optional shoulder strap).
Lastly, I love this transitional spring cotton jacket with a corduroy trimmed collar by Toteme. Perfect for running errands, meeting friends for lunch, school pick ups, and beyond!
