After you read this post, one thing will be for certain – it’s officially time to schedule your pedicure. Spring break and balmy days are almost upon us and you’ll want to show off your twinkle toes in the must-have shoes of the season
Here are my favorite styles – sandals, stilettos, and platforms – to elevate your look this spring and beyond.

I love platform shoes for many reasons: they elongate the leg, provide extra support, and as someone with a petite frame, they literally take me to new heights.
Saint Laurent’s off-white open-toe platform sandals are super glamorous and might I add quite comfortable, too. I plan to wear these with every style of dress – maxi, midi, or mini – or with a great pair of trousers. It’s also worth considering pairing these shoes with black fishnet stockings and an LBD.
If you’re on the lookout for black platform sandals, look no further than this fabulous pair by Christian Louboutin. I love mixed materials. Jute + leather are a go-to summer combo!

The Higher The Heel The Better You Feel
Metallic shoes are trending and these gold leather Gianvito Rossi sandals with a square toe make for a sexy summer option. I also have my eyes on these caramel leather high-heel sandals by Saint Laurent. The gold hardware is a little preppy, a little Parisian – perfect in my book!

Good Shoes Will Take You To Good Places
These 70’s inspired Gianvito Rossi embellished gladiator-style sandals are my current obsession. The multi-colored stones are a magnificent detail and the 3-inch heel is super flattering. As an FYI, they fit true to size. I plan to wear these with cropped jeans and mini and midi dresses. Another thing to note is that this sandal comes in a high heel (4.5 inches) and flat (0.5 inches) version.

I’m a big fan of Carrie Forbes and Larroude’s summer sandals. Their collections consistently provide effortless options for sun, sand, and sea. My favorites from both brands are their neutral raffia slides.
Another flat style on my radar are these minimalistic leather slides by The Row that come in scarlet red, milk-white, and black. This square-toe style is another winner.
