My first thought is to begin each of my fashion round-up posts with “I’m so excited about this post”… That’s because I truly am excited about the pieces I highlight on Fortune Inspired. I visit multiple websites and research my fave items in order to bring you the best edit for your wardrobe.
Rather than be redundant, this time I’m going to get my point across in a slightly different way…I am over the moon about this beach cover-up part II round up!! I hope you are as over the moon as I am:)
So back to beachwear…
Last week, I posted a round-up of my top beach cover-ups exclusively from the My Theresa site which you can check out here. Today I am sharing cover-up part II, a curated edit of cover-ups from multiple websites. In my opinion, you can never have too many!
I’m going to start off with these 4 fabulous dusters. I am all over this Adriana Degreas floral silk pink robe. This feminine piece has a bohemian vintage feel to it and would be perfect worn as a cover-up or paired with denim. This sand linen semi-sheer button-down is a winner by Mara Hoffman. I have this same exact style from a few seasons back and it is still a relevant piece in my beach wardrobe.
As you well know by now, I am all about stripes, so naturally, I was drawn to this Onia duster. I particularly love the VA VA Voom thigh high and side slits.
Last but not least, I am coo coo for crochet so definitely worth checking out this duster by LA-based brand Tularosa.

Next up is the midi/maxi dress. This Staud halter tropical print maxi length dress is divine and an open back is the icing on the cake. I also find halter neck silhouettes to be quite flattering. The red and pink combo is a super happy mix.
This crisp white cotton off the shoulder maxi dress, also by Staud, is another great option that can be worn as a dressier cover-up for a beach/ pool get together and can also take you to apres beach cocktails.
I love this WeWoreWhat cotton printed midi dress. For the beach, I’d leave a few buttons undone and worn with a 2 piece underneath. I could also see myself wearing this in town and for a lunch or dinner out.

For those who like to show off a little leg and a whole lot of sweetness, Charo Ruiz’s lightweight voile/lace cover-ups are a must-have. I first came across this charming feminine collection in Capri 5 years ago. It’s worth noting that these styles seem to remain a part of their permanent collection season after season so they always stay current. This particular cover-up has a v neck neckline and comes in black and white. For those who prefer to show less boob, this tank style is a great alternative.
Last but not least is this paisley printed linen mini dress that I am wearing pictured above. This piece is almost sold out on the Net-a-Porter site so run don’t walk if you are interested. If you prefer pink, this style is available in a maxi version which is also beautiful (and on sale). You might consider purchasing this one size fits all piece and have it shortened to your liking. Just food for thought!

I also decided to include a few short and skirt sets as I’m obsessed with them all and who doesn’t like a matching outfit? You MUST check out this seersucker ensemble by Melissa Odabash, I mean how flattering is this off the shoulder top? This Marysia set, which is also seersucker, is trés chic and has me dreaming of St. Tropez. For those who prefer shorts, I’m equally enamored with these printed options by Solid & Striped, Staud, and La Double J.

I rounded up a few sheer skirts and a bunch of amazing beach pants – think floral linens and lightweight cotton. All these options can be paired with a triangle or bandeau bikini top.
I hope you find this roundup helpful and inspirational.
PS. Just thinking how funny it is that these pieces are called cover-ups when maybe they should be called barely there? What do you think?
